The location of the hotel is very convenient, being just near Van Cao street. This makes it easy to find supermarkets and a variety of restaurants nearby. the hotel is in close proximity to the city center, allowing for easy access to all the attractions and amenities. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms are kept clean. the staff provide excellent service, with daily room cleaning and prompt assistance for any issues. the breakfast at the hotel is also very satisfying, offering a good variety of options.

The absence of an elevator in the hotel makes it difficult to climb to higher floors, which can be quite challenging, especially with heavy bags.

Spent my Xmas there and I really enjoyed it. The apartment was spacious and cozy with an amazing view. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, providing amazing customer service. I enjoyed the swimming pool and gym which were both very clean. the breakfast buffet had a great variety of food to pick from. Finally, the location was perfect, right in the middle of town with easy access to shops and restaurants.

The elevator was quite slow and not big enough to handle the number of guests in the complex. It was frustrating to spend so much time waiting for it.
